I wanted to let you know about an exciting opportunity: I will be signing copies of Seeker of Stars on Saturday November 17 at the Ten Thousand Villages store on King Street in uptown Waterloo between 11 and 1 — for the low price of $10/book. A portion of the proceeds from the sales will go directly to the work of Ten Thousand Villages — which works with artists and craftspeople (mainly women) around the world who are paid fairly as they support their families and maintain their artistic traditions. Please pass the word along and come see me on the 17th.

PS #2 For those of you who are asking, my second book is still out there looking for a publisher — and getting very kind letters from publishers. I am hoping to have a piece included in an anthology of Canadian Christian writers called Northern Lights. More on that later!
